At EXITDREAD, we take pride in offering high-quality, meticulously crafted apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or email confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable" at purchase).

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces.

  • Accessories (e.g., belts, scarves) for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (loyal members ) and instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and send it to our returns center within 7 days of approval.

Note: For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Deductions: Shipping fees (if applicable) and any discounts used at purchase may be subtracted.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items are eligible only for store credit or exchange.

  • Refused deliveries or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.

6. Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the item’s value (valid for 1 year).

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective.
